A Little About Us
The Queen City Krewe Brass Band is a robust 7-piece ensemble rooted in the rich traditions of New Orleans’ legendary street sound. Inspired by icons like the Dirty Dozen and The Rebirth Brass Band, QCK brings up the authentic NOLA lineup to the stage – tuba, sax, trumpets, trombones, guitar and percussion – delivering a bold, brassy experience that moves every crowd..
Their expansive playlist spans beloved Crescent City staples such as “Bourbon Street Parade” & “Jambalaya on Bayou” celebrating the timeless spirit of New Orleans. QCK also fires up the dance floors with soulful hits from The Temptations, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder, and Curtis Mayfield blending classic vocals with irresistible brass-band energy.
Rounding out their vibrant repertoire are Jazz and funk favorites from AWB, Tower of Power, Maynard Ferguson, and Herbie Hancock, showcasing the bands versatility and musicianship.
